On the other hand, improper distribution of those centers in urban areas, according to different variables, can help reduce their effectiveness and to reduce the feel safe in an emergency time. Recognizing this need, the aim of this study is to analyze the spatial pattern of existing police stations and the introduction of appropriate zones for the establishment of new police stations in the city of Ardabil. Documentary and field methods were used for data collection. In this study, of the 15 main criteria such as distance from populated areas, away from banks, the distance of the terminals, access to main roads, the distance from commercial centers, the distance from existing stations, are used. To analyze the current situation, spatial statistical techniques, such as the average nearest neighbor, the local Moran statistics and to determine the best location of police stations, using the criteria affecting (15 criteria) VIKOR and ANP as multi criteria methods, have been used. Super Decision and Arc GIS10.3 software are used for weighting, analysis, and determine zones. Findings indicate that due to the physical expansion of the city, existing police stations are not covered fully the city areas and some of city areas out of the serving areas. به‌دلیل مسائل امنیتی ترددهای بین مرزی مردم و کالاها و تقویت مراکز انتظامی در مناطق و استان‌های مرزی ازجمله استان اردبیل، برای تأمین و ارتقاء امنیت فضا ضروری است؛ چراکه توزیع نامناسب این مراکز در فضای شهری و متناسب با متغیرهای گوناگون به کاهش کارآمدی آنها و نیز کاهش احساس امنیت در مواقع اضطراری منجر می‌شود. با درک این ضرورت، هدف این پژوهش تحلیل الگوی فضای کلانتری‌های موجود و معرفی پهنه‌های مناسب برای استقرار کلانتری‌های جدید در شهر اردبیل است. برای گردآوری‌ و پیاده‌سازی اطلاعات از روش اسنادی و میدانی استفاده‌ شده است. همچنین، از 15 معیار اصلی مانند: فاصله از نواحی پرجمعیت، فاصله از بانک‌ها، فاصله از پایانه‌ها، دسترسی به راه‌های اصلی، فاصله از مراکز تجاری و فاصله از کلانتری‌های موجود استفاده شده است. گذشته‌ازآن، از فنون آمار فضا مانند میانگین نزدیک‌ترین همسایه و آمار موران محلی و از روش‌های‌ تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره شامل VIKOR و ANP و از نرم‌افزارهای <br /> Super Decision و Arc GIS10.3 برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل و مکان‌گزینی استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که باتوجه‌به گسترش شهر، کلانتری‌های موجود به‌طور کامل در فضای آن پراکنده نشده‌اند و عرصه‌های چشمگیری از شهر به خدمات‌رسانی دسترسی ندارند. درپایان، براساس نتایج پهنه‌های مناسب برای مکان‌گزینی کلانتری‌های جدید پیشنهاد شده‌اند. https://ssoss.ui.ac.ir/article_22291_8a0dd62b3e82131e37da5d760fa6bb3f.pdf
